Shipping & Delivery Information
Order Early
To help ensure delivery of your gifts prior to major Holidays, please have your orders to us 10 days prior to the Holiday, We do offer expedited shipment methods at additional costs but suggest these are not cost effective for our customers.
Our Porducts: Our available products feature both porducts we manufactures and products manufactures by others. We manufacture pork rind products clearly identified by our Carolina Country Snacks label. Our satisfaction policy applies to porducts we manufacture or ship in an order from our warehouse site. If you have a problem with a product purchased from a retail store manufactured by some other company, pleasae write directly to that company with any issues that you might have with their product.
Standard Shipping
Shipping & handling charges are additional to store product prices, and are based on your shipping address. The shipping charges are automatically calculted using the latest carrier information and include no additional handling charges. In some situations the case size will impact charges and the fees may not be calculated correctly by the carrier's on line tools. If there is a dirrerence we will ship via the least expensive method and apply additional shipping charges to your order. You will be notified via email to advise you of this situation. We ship via FedEx, UPS and U.S. Mail whenever possible. Please allow 5-7 working days from the time we receive your order for standard delivery. We make every effort to ship according to your instructions. Occasionally, we may have to ship items separately even though they were ordered together.

Important Party Pack/Gift Information
Please be sure to indicate “Greetings From” in the comments field on the Order Form. Your personal message will be printed on card insert (maximum: 36 characters) enclosed with your recipient’s package. Please ensure your gift list is current and up to date (no P.O. boxes, please). We cannot be responsible for lost or spoiled product shipments due to inaccurate shipping addresses provided to us.

Product Substitutions
In the unlikely event we’re out of stock on an item you ordered, we’ll hold the order or contact you for possible substitutions in the order.
State Sales Tax
North Carolina state tax law requires payment of tax on all shipments sent to or from North Carolina addresses. Sales tax will be calculated on those orders.
Satisfaction Guarantee
You must be pleased with your purchase from Carolina Country Snacks. If you’re not delighted with your purchase in every way, we’ll gladly exchange the product, issue a credit or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
Mailings
We do not make our customer list available to other companies. We will occasionally send you an email to advse you of promotions or new products.
